Due to the custom nature and print on demand nature of our business all orders are final. 

No refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

By purchasing you understand our turnaround time which is usually 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the website.  Turnaround time is production time BEFORE your item ships out.  Please factor in additional transit time for delivery depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.  Please remember this is only an estimate.

Failure to understand turnaround time is NOT a reason for cancellation as we immediately procure and begin designing your order.

All items are handmade, please keep in mind that no two items are identical, therefore there may be a slight difference in the actual item and the photo due to real and perceived colors, fabric positioning and /or thread colors, and ink colors on printed items. In the event a fabric/thread color etc is no longer available, we have the right to use a suitable replacement. Please make sure you are familiar with my shops policies before placing your order.
